Entree: Savory Spring Tart--sunflower crust with creamy filling and Spring vegetables including asparagus and peas. Topped with a basil cream sauce. Served with a massaged kale salad.
Dessert: Strawberry tart--sweet raw tart shell filled with pastry cream and fresh strawberries and topped with cashew cream.
